voicecloning.cc provides an AI-powered service that allows users to upload audio samples to create voice clones and generate new audio content.

2.1 License to Use

Users on our free or trial plans may use the Services for personal, non-commercial evaluation purposes only. For users with an active paid subscription or who have purchased credits, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the audio generated from our Services for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.

2.2 Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of the original audio you upload and the new audio content you generate. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services for you.

2.3 User Responsibility and Consent

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and explicit, verifiable consent from the individual whose voice is being cloned. You are solely responsible for the audio you create and how you use it. Creating deceptive, illegal, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services:

To create a voice clone of any individual without their explicit, prior, and verifiable consent.
To impersonate any person, brand, or entity for fraudulent, misleading, or malicious purposes.
For any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, including but not limited to creating content that is defamatory, harassing, or hateful.
To generate content for political campaigns, adult content, or content intended to spread misinformation.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
To submit false or misleading information or to attempt to bypass any security measures of the platform.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using our service, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
